All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Room rates are inclusive of 12% GST. Our rates are dynamic hence, tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. 2. Hotel check-in time is 2 PM and check out time is 12 Noon. Early check-ins are subject to availability. 3. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 4. Rooms not occupied by 6 PM will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made. 5. Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. 6. Guests are requested to present valid Photo Identification at the time of check-in. Documents can be either an Indian Aadhar Card, Indian Driver License, Indian Voter Card or an International Passport. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a Valid Identification Document. 7. Breakfast is served from 8 – 10 AM. Restaurant is open till 9 PM, last order shall be place before 8:30 PM. No room service beyond 8 PM. 8. Wi-Fi internet is available in the entire hotel. Password is provided at the reception. 9. Maximum Occupancy as per room category:
1. For individual booking: free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Booking cancelled within 24 hours of check-in or no-show will attract the first night charges. 2. Group Booking cancellation of 3 rooms and above: Multiple room booking of more than 3 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes. 3. The group/multiple room cancellation charged to the guest shall be deemed as compensation of damages caused to the Hotel by the reservation cancellation.
1. Amendments will be treated as cancellation. 2. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process. 3. Please note that a change in the length and dates of reservation are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.
1. Reservation made over the phone or via email can be guaranteed only by making a prepayment for the entire stay not later than 24 hours prior to arrival. In case of unguaranteed reservation, the hotel keeps the right to sell the room to another person. 2. Guest are requested to pay the entire stay charges before check-in. Any incidentals can be settled during check-out. 3. Multiple room booking of more than 3 rooms are required to pay the total cost of stay in advance, at the time of reservation. 4. Stay can be extended, subject to availability and upon clearing any due amount & paying in advance for the extended stay. 5. Payment can be made by UPI, Bank transfer, debit card or credit card.
1. No gathering or parties of any nature are allowed in the room. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. We do not allow visitors entry to guest room. All guests are requested to meet their visitors at the lobby or the restaurant. 4. All Guest rooms are fitted with electronic ‘DO NOT DISTURB’ switch. Hotel rule is that this switch cannot be left on for longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to safety and Security concerns. 5. Rooms are entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge a cleaning fee of Rs. 3000. 6. Hotel reserves the right to ask guest to leave the hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security or medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guest do not observe instructions given by hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other Guests. 7. Guest will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the hotel at any point of time. 8. Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the hotel or order food from outside the Hotel. 9. Guests are required to handover the key card at the time of departure, if guests lose or do not return the key card, they are obliged to pay the penalty of Rs. 1000. 10. You are liable for any damage caused to the hotel property (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act) by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. 11. Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time. 12. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE policy, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES at any point of time without prior notice.
